You know, I've been noticing the Quran and repeats itself over and over.

Like, I've been doing a lot of more memorization, al-hmannul-il-la, and I've noticed this pattern. Do you know why? Yeah, a lot of people memorization, al-hmd-la. And I've noticed this pattern.

Do you know why?

Yeah, a lot of people get confused about how the Quran repeats itself, and sometimes the

identical phrases used, and sometimes the phrase with just a small amount of difference between

one and the other, and Profav, especially at trouble with that.

But this to me is actually one of the great linguistic marvels of the Quran, these small

distinctions placed in completely different contexts. These ayat that are similar and only

differentiated with a very subtle distinction and that subtlety is where the juice lies. So let's

explore that today. Surut Fusilat, this is Sura number 41, and we're going to compare an ayah from it to Surtul Aaraf,

which is Sura number seven.

Both of them begin exactly the same way.

And ma yinzagannh, man,

that's identical in both ayat.

Let me tell you what that means.

If and when, if at all,

there is a poke at you from the shaitan of any kind.

If the devil pokes at you, whispers to you, tempts you,

gets you to do something, suggest something to you in any way, shape or form.

So, sta'a'is by Allah, seek refuge of Allah.

Then seek refuge of Allah. Okay, that's identical to both.
