She is by far in a way, one of the strongest, most resilient people and such a positive light.

And I am so honored to have her joining me today.

She's a former Rockette, which is so cool and a Broadway dancer, I mean, even cooler, an incredible celebrity

trainer and current co-host on The Talk. Her book, Live Your Life, My Story of Loving and

Losing, Nick Cordero comes out today, June 15th. And I personally cannot

wait to read it. I am, of course, talking about the one, the only. Amanda Cleats.

Thank you for coming on works for us. I have so many things to say that I feel like I could just like explode or

implode. But I wanted first to start just by acknowledging, you know, you've been through so much,

as most of our listeners know. Amanda, very tragically lost her husband early on in COVID.

And I've said to you offline, online, just how, you know, I don't, there's nothing I can say,

but just how, how sorry I am, but really the light that you have continued to shine for your son and everybody else around you, but then also being so openly vulnerable about your

process and going through it. And how many people that has most definitely helped this year

and I think even way beyond this year. As you shared, I mean, you and Nick shared the most
