Remember this the next time you're driving the streets and they're busted up and you think

you know our property taxes are hiring they've ever been they're collecting more. The state gave a rebate because they collected so much

money and it was popular. Homestead exemption exemption and the next time you're driving along and you

you notice these streets are awful, because they are. The water doesn't drain.

The streets are, there's potholes you're having to drive.

It's embarrassing and it's sad and the only way you can

cope with it is to laugh at it and that's the one thing they don't want you do that's

mean don't laugh at it they don't want you do. That's mean, don't laugh at it, they don't like that. But that's

what this city is. And it's what every major city is. And it is why people are fleeing.

said to me the other day, he came on our Palm Beach trip and I said, so when you meet people and

his son works there as well and they come out to view, what are they? Why are they coming?

What happened? They said they're getting out of the city. Every single one of them. They're getting out of the city. They want away from it. They want to know that the city can't chase them down they want to know that they

won't have they've had enough with all of the hassles every bit of them the

traffic the roads, the quality of the lack of quality of the

roads, the crime, they're sick of it. They're just they've had it's done with it. They're just, they've had, it's, they're done with it. And that's what's happening.

Now you understand what happens. Is every individual is going to make the best decision for themselves and that's to get the hell out of the city?

And as they do, the cities are going to be left with Sheila Jackson Lee supporters.

And that's what's happened. Detroit, Chicago, Philly, Atlanta, Baltimore, that's

what's happened. And now it's almost like a video game you walk outside.
