The Michael Dairy Show is on the air. So those of you who live out in the country probably aren't aware the extent to which this is happening.

But a certain percentage of you who live in town, whatever that town is, are aware of the phenomenon I'm about to describe.

And that is, they're called STRs, short-term rentals.

And it's an exciting, fascinating marketplace

where people exchange, I have a marketplace where you can live for some short-term period of time, whether it's a day or

maybe a two-night minimum or a month or a week or whatever.

And you have a desire for such a thing.

And I can give you a place that's much bigger than a hotel room that will cost you a lot less

than a hotel room and you will get a bigger place for less money and so that

this free exchange tends to work.

This is the story of Uber.

This is the story of Airbnb until you get the shoddy actors and what I'm about

to describe is happening it is happening in Houston because I hear about it constantly.

Speaking of Waterburger, there is a water burger some of you will know about on San

Philippi, just east of Hillcroft slash Voss.

They like to call it Voss there because it seems fancier and

Hillcroft's kind of poor international people, foreigners. So this particular
