Late last night, Senate Bill 4, you will recall that is the law passed by our House and

Senate signed by the governor that allowed the state of Texas at the state level to do something

about illegal immigration.

Because the federal government won't.

Late last night, the Fifth Circuit Panel ruled in a three one, with three on the bench,
