So I saw a story in the international press that caught my attention because there was a reference in the headline to Banaras Hindu University, which is now one of the IIT Indian of Institute of Technology campuses.

And the reason I care is because my wife's grandmother was the president of Banaras Hindu University, which was a very, very influential university during the Independence Movement.

There are photos of her with Mahatma Gandhi and there are photos of her with Nehru because those guys were leading the Independence Movement against the British and her university, which was a women's university at the time.

It was a sort of intellectual hotbed for these people to meet and discuss and obviously she was involved in wanting Indian Independence.

The article was about Banaras Hindu University, BHU, has become an IIT campus and if you don't know what IIT is, very simply Indian Institute of Technology, it is a series of campuses across the country.

That are the Harvard Yale Stanford U-Pin of STEM, of technology, engineering, science and it is the hardest to get into, the hardest to get into and considered, reputed to be the smartest graduates that come out.

Now in a nation of 1.3 billion people that will soon surpass China in size, you got a lot of people trying to get into IIT.

So you figure somebody that scored high enough to get into there may not have the most common sense, because I think sometimes people who score well on tests don't have common sense, or social skills, emotional quotient, we call that EQ.

But they've got some brain power. They got some brain power on an Einstein level.

The article was about the fact that fully 1.3 of them are leaving IIT and coming to the United States and that that is the largest percentage of visas given to Indians is IIT graduates.

And these people are engineers, computer programmers and the light.

Now this group of people has come under some disfavor because what Disney has done is Disney has replaced their traditional American workers with Indian tech workers who they bring on a temporary work visa

and then through a heavy expenditure on legal fees, keep them here for longer and longer and longer.

And Disney even made their employees, their Imagineers, train their replacements.

And if you want to get your six month package when you leave, you got to spend the next three months training the people who they tell you are about to replace you.
