date and were harmed by the fact that the coax were all spiked with cyanide.

Whatever classifies you, whatever makes you a class.

The United Airlines employees have been certified as a class, which gives them the ability to bring a case where the damages are much greater because they're much broader.

Many more people are harmed. The numbers are big enough that Continental is in real trouble over this case.
