uh leasing the space on Shepard if you are southbound on the left, if you ever went to that big 59 diner,

I've always wondered why that space didn't lease up fast because that's a great location. I loved that 59 diner. That was when I was running for office and holding office I would have a lot my hot spots for breakfast were Buffalo

Grill and in that 59 diner and I loved it in fact I don't know if you eat at Buffalo

Grill but I was at the one over on Woodway the other day, Grant Pinkerton, and I

texted the owner because I normally only eat in the evening, but if I'm going to blow it, I'm going to blow it right.

I'm going to do sweet and savory.

I'm going to have a big meal.

And I texted John McElier and I said, hey, it's 10.30.

I don't want to be disappointed when I go in there.

Y'all still serving breakfast.

Before he could answer, I walk in and it said breakfast served all day.

He said, brother, if the doors are open, we're serving breakfast.

Do you have a couple of hotpot breakfast joints you go to?

I grew up eating at Buffalo Grill and so if it is, if it's a morning time and we don't want to cook it here, that's where we go.

What do you get there? I like the

pancakes and the hash browns I think that they're the best hash browns in the world

right there. Couple sunny side up there. Shut up Ramone. Pop them on top of the hash brown.

Ramones is insistent I tell you that I don't eat hash browns because it's a waste of a potato.
