I get this a lot from people in Austin.

Look, I don't care if the man drinks or not.

I really don't.

But I do care if he's a jekyll and hide because every night, as I hear,

he and his little band of thieves is sitting.

He's got an apartment inside the Capitol.

And they're extraordinarily drunk.

We've all been there.

And they're cooking up plans that don't involve us in making very bad decisions.

And then he goes out on the floor of the house.

He's making a mockery of state government in the great state of Texas.

And we're better than that.
