The Michael Berry Show is on the air. I received a nice message this morning from Michael Petru and a trainer that was sent from one of his training team

from the homes of one of you, probably somebody who's listening right now. They don't tell me the

name and they didn't give any identifying features. But what was interesting

about it is the trainer was pulling up to the home to train the homeowner at the same time

that another of our show sponsors was pulling up to check on the AC unit and that was North Wind air conditioning and he said

it's amazing how many times because you're at somebody's house so petro comes to my house his

trainers come to people's homes and that's that's the point of the in-home

fitness is you know there are guys who like to go to the gym

especially single guys nothing wrong with that might meet a girl maybe they want

some socializing but particularly as you get older a lot of people don't want to go to

the gym because you don't want to have to drive in the traffic to get there you

don't want to drive to get home you don't want to waste the money on a gym membership if that's the only thing you're going to do there and there's usually a sign-up fee and all that.

You got to park, you got to get inside, and then you got to be around other people when they're working out and for some people myself included

You want your own space your own music. You don't want to hear some dude grunting and blowing an o-ring because he's

trying to lift a bunch of weight which great for him again I don't I don't he can live he can have his

space and I'll have mine I just don't want to be around that I want to I want to get in and get out

So Petra's got all the codes he comes in he's waiting in my garage

when I come bounding in between shows, I go walking in and it's a running joke. Only guys can do this. When I walk in every day, he can hear me coming down the hall.
