I think much of it was that when they came over, they didn't speak the language, and there were just a few Greeks that were ahead of them that got into the business.

And when these new Greeks would come over, the business that the earlier Greeks had arrived and gotten into

And that's the first experience they had because they didn't know the language and pretty much the only place
