Yeah. is on the air. July 4th of last year, not even a year ago.

My wife and I and my boys were flying back from D.C. to Houston.

And the flight route had us going over Carr County.

And my wife commented that there was a massive Mississippi River looking river where there shouldn't be a river this big.

And didn't think much of it.

We got home.

We got unpacked. We'd been up late that night. And there's flood,

we hear there's flooding, central Texas. We get up Saturday morning and our little ritual is to,

we, we, we get several newspapers and we read the papers and we, you know,

hey, did you see this? And did you see this? And it's a fun little bonding time. We have our coffee and

that's our thing. And here was this awful flood that hit Kerr County. By this time, maybe the night

before I had been hearing that at Camp Mystic,

obviously it's a girls' camp, I have boys, but I know what Camp Mystic is. It's almost legendary.

And in West Houston Memorial, those families especially, this is a legacy institution.

I mean, this is, this is, this is, wow, it's deep.

And so we knew we would know people there.

And we did, not close personal friends or even have their phone number.
