The family of an 18 yearold murdered five years ago is still waiting for the accused killer to

even go on trial.

You think if Josh Hill's son had been murdered we'd be waiting five years for a trial.

Recently the case of the thug who broke into Bunbee's home, Bunbee's a rapper, broke into his home, held Bunbee's wife

at gunpoint. Bunbee was upstairs.

So he'd never hurt, it testified he never heard his wife scream like that.

You can only imagine how awful that would be.

And a guy has a gun to her head and he hears that Bunbee is upstairs. So Bunbee is grabbing his gun and the wife is saying don't do anything he's

going to kill me so he waits upstairs because he doesn't want the guy to shoot his wife

understandable the guy flees the house with Bunbee's keys as I understand it from the testimony.

Pretty awful, pretty awful thing to happen.

Bunby chases him out of the house. The guy gets into Bunbee's vehicle and is exiting

out of the garage and Bunbee unloads on him hits him at least one time in his left shoulder.

I guess the guy couldn't drive anymore. I don't know exactly what happened but the guy gets out and starts running

tackles him and the guy had a mask over his face and Bun B wanted to see was this a

gang member was this someone who knew him and he testified at the trial that he's known some people over his years and

he wanted to know if this was an inside job or not.

He wanted to know somebody out to get him. You've just dishonored this man and you've done that to

his wife. You've got to imagine, I'm guessing there wasn't another round in the gun or he'd have killed a guy.
