And I love cops, but sometimes I will have disagreements not often but it happens

over civil liberties issues. We had these red-light cameras in Houston when I was on council and when it was first

brought forward the technology as I understood it and as I was briefed the technology as I understood it allowed the algorithm would allow for if you

entered on a yellow which is legal it would not snap you as having

committed an offense.

And so I was a yes vote and the red light cameras were installed and it was a

big government issue. It was.
