Today I'm sharing a thought with you, a very new thought that I had for the first time recently.

I've been binge shopping, or I had been shopping at the Zara sale. I do love some Zara and I bought some really cute different bits and pieces including a dress that

I pulled out just a couple of weeks ago and I tried it on and my first thought was

oh this is really cute it's got flowers on it it's got these little shoulder pad things and then another thought

crossed my mind for the first time I've never had this thought before and it almost surprised me. And as it surprised me I

thought about it again. So it was almost like a double cross in my mind to this thought and it was this this question

am I too old for this dress it felt a little off and a bit different in my body because it was new and it wasn't a very pleasant thought and for the record I turned 38 in January this year.

And I thought to myself, what is it about this dress?

What is it about this moment that's making me feel this?

And I thought, hmm, is it because this dress was kind of cheap in a sale?

It was like a $25 dress.

Is that it?

Like a younger me would definitely pay that?

Or was it, you know, the fact the dress maybe felt a little cheap it definitely wasn't a

natural fabric it was something synthetic and maybe that made me think of

younger me but then you know I do love a sale at any age, and I love items, you know, if they look cute,

pretty much no matter what.

And then I thought, you know, because my job really is thought and belief examination where else could this be this
