Now, some moms have none at all, and that's wonderful. Other moms are going to have it at different times during the day, off and on. Some are actually going to vomit. Some are not going to vomit. A lot of people are going to be done with the first trimester, and then move on to feeling better better and then other moms are going to have it the entire time. There is a wide range of what can be normal. And so don't freak out if you don't have nausea. It doesn't mean that you're not pregnant or the baby's not really there or anything like that.
