Am I a couch potato? An honest assessment in today's walking as fitness.

Hi, I'm Dave. Today's 10 minute walk starts right after this.

It actually feels like a spring morning here in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Temperature, I think, is 61, 62 degrees.

It's early in the morning.

Sun's up, although at the moment it's behind some clouds.

The breeze is minimal.

I am not layered up.

We're in a hoodie.

That's it. Well, I mean, there's pants too.

Sorry. I'm not layered up. It's not cold. And the temperature is expected to rise above 70 degrees

later this afternoon. And that smoky aroma that I caught yesterday morning is not apparent this morning.

I did a little bit of research when I got home yesterday, yesterday morning.

Checked to see if there was news of any wildfires.

And nothing that was reported, at least in yesterday's news and I don't smell anything this morning. So I'm not sure what was going on there. Quick little comment from a viewer, walking really does clear out the bad in my head to let the good in. It becomes

almost addictive to me in a good way. Better for aging for sure. Walking beats being a

sofa slug. I'm not sure I've ever heard the term sofa slug before. I've always
