| 0:55.9 | But my real understanding of nutrition came from healing my own memory. |

| 1:05.0 | The onset of my memory loss was the result of experience a serious concussion due to an auto accident. |
| 1:11.1 | So the concussion affected my memory and my concentration, and it caused many other symptoms. |
| 1:17.9 | But by eating real food in balance several times a day, I was able to restore my memory |
| 1:25.8 | and concentration each day and every week. |
| 1:29.7 | I experienced better moons and sharper memory and better concentration because I gave up sugar and processed foods by starting to eat those real foods. |
