Great. Your career has been devoted to people with dementia and their caregivers, and you yourself

became a caregiver for your mother who had dementia.

You were recruited to Oklahoma University College of Medicine to develop a geriatric

curriculum for medical students and focused your teaching on

recognizing and caring for people with cognitive impairments. So you've required all your medical

schools to participate in Alzheimer's support groups as part of their training. Yeah,

it was all fourth year medical students. Fourth year, right.
