Let's talk about leveling up in business.

So as an entrepreneur, right, when I first started, it was just me.

Yeah.

I'm out door knocking cold calling, flipping houses, trying to figure it all out.

And then eventually, you know, we hire sales people, and then admins out and then eventually you know we hire sales people and

then admins and then contractors and then all this crap right we started the

wealthy investor when I started with Ryan is me Ryan and one admin. I'm doing the sales calls, I'm organizing events,

I'm like on boarding people and my onboarding was like all right man get on Facebook all right brother good luck like I didn't know better you know I'm saying so and then eventually you know we got admins we get marketers we get

co-o-s we get email specialists we get all this crap like how did you level up in

business I guess I would have two answers for that. Number one is how willing are you to get uncomfortable?

Because only in being uncomfortable can you really grow?

Yeah. And if you're talking about leveling up, you're talking about growth, right? Yeah. And then number two is how how excited are you to fail? Uh-huh. And if you're willing to fail, then you're willing to do it right. Yeah. But most people aren't willing to do those two things so they never really

grow. And I know that pertains to life as well as business, but I'll tell you the most successful

business people that I see, entrepreneurs that I see, fell a shit load.

They're uncomfortable a lot of the time.

But the only real growth comes from when you're uncomfortable and when you're willing to fail.

I'm not saying I hate people that are like you gotta fail to get there. That's

fucking garbage advice. Be willing to fail. Yeah. I haven't failed a lot in my life. I haven't. But I'm willing to fail.

And in that you push yourself to the brink again and again and again. So for you and your business I don't know what your business is.

wealthy investor and flipping houses and rentals. In that becoming willing to get real uncomfortable

and being very willing to fail.

And you know what that means.
