great. How are you? Good. So Stefan, maybe we can talk a little bit about your back room before we

we get going here. So I have spent about 15 years in technology. I was a product manager.

I worked at a couple of companies. One was Citrix, which was kind of like Zoom before Zoom was cool. I worked at

a company called Linda.com, which was bought by LinkedIn. I worked at a data company called

HG Insights. And then most recently, before starting alt, I was the head of product at a company

called flippa.com, which is a marketplace for buying and selling websites, microsas, sites, e-commerce

sites, basically micro-private equity. And it was at my time at Flippa when I really started

to get into this idea of alternative investments. That's when I started all. Before you get into

that, because obviously Flippa is a little bit of an alternate of itself.

Tell us about that.

You know a little bit about it, but what do they do?

Flippa was way ahead of its time, actually.

Definitely one of the original kind of active alternative investments.

And that's kind of how we looked at it.

So what Flippa does is it's a marketplace for buying and selling what we call, primarily

what we call content sites,

which are basically just websites that earn revenue through advertising and affiliate arrangements.

And you can go on this platform and buy sites that are earning, you know, $10,000, $30,000 a month.

And you can buy them for the equivalent of, you know, three to five

years net profit, which is pretty darn good. And it's funny because a lot of people don't
