I actually, I'm currently reading Tim Grover's book called Winning.

He just came out with it and I'm getting to you guys.

I'm going to get Tim on this podcast.

And there are a lot of things I agree with with Tim, so I might disagree with.

But he also wrote another book called Relentless.

And both are very hardcore books, I would call them, from an athlete's perspective.

He used, for those you don't know, Tim is Michael Jordan's, he was Michael Jordan's trainer

for all these years. The name became Kobe's trainer and Duane Wage trainer and like,

he trained CEOs and all these guys now. And one thing he talks about is you have got to be selfish,

mainly with your time, like you said, but like you have to have a selfish nature,

but in a good way, not in a way of like, oh, me, me, me, it's all about me, like, if blah, blah, blah,

but like you have to be very protective with your time. And for me, and he puts it in good

perspective, he's like, for those of like, he's like the best people that have the most success,

they have a lot of a loan time, time for them where they can be selfish. And he's like, the world

tries to make it seem like it's this cool thing, like girls night out, you know, the men,

or the man cave, you know, where you can just go and whatever. For me, it's always in the morning.

I have a morning routine that lasts me three to four hours. Literally, it's me one on one,

all the time. And I get to be alone before I have to go out into the world and give my time to

everyone else. And I think you have to do that, especially when you're starting a new venture,

is be super selfish with those 10 hours we're calling that you're going to spend on the business.

Do not let anyone distract you. And don't like get on social media. Don't freaking take calls

from your buddies. Like just push everyone on the way. It's like, you know, you have this agreement
