and the conquest of the city of Mantai. But before we get into that, I want to pick up where we left off last time.

And that was with this focus on the city of Bountiful, the main POW camp that the Nephites ended up using to guard and hopefully to

rehabilitate the soldiers that they took prisoner throughout these Nephite Leaminite

Wars. Like I said at the end of the last video, what struck me about

bountiful being this POW camp is that bountiful is best known as the place

to which Jesus came when he appeared and ministered among the Nephites.

And there seems something so fitting about that.

Well, I want to approach the stripling warriors from a similar perspective, seeing what's

going on in their present in the war chapters with an eye to what will

come in their future. Because if the battles that the stripling warriors participated

in took place roughly in the mid-60s, BC, and if they were mid teenagers as they probably were

then they would have been in their late 70s to see the sign that had been

prophesied concerning the birth of Christ that day night, and that day without any darkness.
