Hello everybody. Welcome back to Unshaken. I hope you are well rested from last week that you got a little time off the base because we're right back into boot camp.

Okay? Last week we began the war chapters and we will finish them today though there are plenty of

wars in Helaman and third Nephi and fourth Nephi and Mormon and Moroni it's kind of

worse through the whole book in some ways the war chapters are the

chapters of the book of Mormon and yet these ones are so

concentrated this this focal point that Mormon gives us. Now last week we

covered the first half today will this week we'll cover the second half and we covered

Mormon or Captain Maroni was our hero and Zarahemeenha was one of our villains a Malachaya was one of our villains. By the time we move into this

week's material, Amalakaya has been killed by Tiancombe, who's another unsung

hero. He's like the Navy SEAL of the Nephite Army, kind of commando mission, crawling across the beach to get to the enemy lines and kills King Malachiah single-handedly.

But unfortunately, you knock down one mole and another one comes back up and in the place of a Malachaya we now see his brother Amaran.

Now if you want to have some fun with this pronounce his name a moron and you'll get some laughs.

But anyway, Amaran is our villain. He's going to carry us through the things today and

though Captain Moroni will still be present,

leading the show from the highest level,

we are going to be spending more and more of our time today

with Heleman and with his famous 2, 2000 stripling warriors.

Now, last week I gave you some homework, okay?

Teacher's going to teach.

And some of that homework was focused on principles

that hopefully you are mining out of the surrounding historical narrative

in these war chapters. And for those of you that are interested, again, I would love to keep learning
