be able to immerse myself in the Book of Mormon with you is quite the shift in the positive direction.

Today in fact we are diving into some of the most beloved parts of the Book of Mormon because we're beginning the missionary

chapters. If you remember the parallel structure of the Book of Alma that Joe Spencer

discovered and I shared with you a couple weeks ago, the missionary chapters at the end of the first half of Alma have the parallel

or the parallel, I guess we should say the perpendicular of the war chapters in the second half of the

book of Alma. In the war chapters you get two brothers wreaking havoc,

right, Malachiah and Amaran.

And in this first half, you get two brothers doing incredible things.

Here we have Ammon to start, him of chopping off arms fame, and then his brother Aaron.
