0:43.8	psyched out a couple thousand of you, my bad, my bad, right off the bat. My bad. We're going to just
0:48.3	jump right into God's word. Is that okay if that's the first thing we do? Yeah, okay.
0:52.9	So we're going to stay standing for the reading of God's word. We do this most weeks for a few
0:57.3	reasons. One, it's just reverence. Just reverence. We don't think these are just words on a page.
1:02.0	We think that these words can jump off the page into a human heart and change everything.
1:07.1	If you've experienced that, can you just make a little bit of noise for those who maybe
1:10.0	have not experienced that before? It is so powerful, so powerful, right? So that's reason number one.
1:16.8	Reason number two, we stay standing is like, God, we're ready. We're ready. We're here to receive
1:21.6	and reason number three, we stay standing is, hey, we're ready to carry this. Whatever you're about to
1:26.0	deposit into us, we're ready to take it from this place into the world to see what you want to do
1:31.2	with it. So that's what we're going to do. We are going to be in the gospel of Luke this school year,
1:37.5	okay? That is our commitment. You're like, dang, really? Yeah. And we're diving right in right now.
1:43.2	The first four verses of the gospel of Luke, and I'd like you to know, four verses is more
1:48.9	than enough for scripture to get in your life and mess things up in a beautiful, beautiful way.
1:53.8	Just so you know, just so you're aware, this is Luke chapter one, verses one through four. We're
