Obviously, there's a lot of news going on in MLS.

And while we typically like to kind of have fun and keep it light on this show,

the biggest story in the league right now is not so fun and not so light.

And that's FC Cincinnati, former head coach now, Ron Yans, resigning from the club after allegations emerged last week that he

used the N-word in front of a group of players, you know, from what I've been told and from what

other folks have been told, that, you know, those

allegations are true. The context of them are not exactly clear. Yons, according to sources,

told Cincinnati higher-ups that he was quoting a rap song, but MLS Players Association

executive director, the big boss, Bob Fuse, came out in a very strongly worded statement and hit back at that idea earlier this week after news broke of Yons's resignation.

So obviously there's a lot to unpack here on a lot of different levels.
