This love, this remembrance that you're having right now that everything is already okay. It's the mind that won't let you rest. The mind is like a child in the back seat of the car asking,

are we there yet? Let me drive. You can close those eyes and rest, or you can look at the view.

But don't be anxious. Do not be fearful. We will arrive now.

You arrived the moment you hit play on this recording. You arrived at that breath.

That heartbeat is arrival. When you're conscious of me, you know that I am the

only reality, you know that everything else is unreality, which is why taking my name,

repeatedly chanting my name, filling my name, keeps you aware as that body looks around,

as you believe that you are that body looking around, you know you're looking at nothing.

And so that nothing appears to move and change.
