This is a listener question episode and all of the questions are about cortisol. Turns out there's a lot of questions about

cortisol, which is understandable, especially right now. Cortisol to a certain extent is

anti-inflammatory. And it's anti-inflammatory period, but if it's in check, it helps to keep inflammation in check. But if it's not in check,

it doesn't. There's this interplay with cortisol, inflammation, and your immune response. So the

most basic way to put it is if cortisol's dysregulated, inflammation is not as well regulated,
