The longest Psalm in the Bible is Psalm 119. It has been called the Psalm of the Scriptures because it concentrates on one thing, the amazing sufficiency of God's word for our lives.

Each year, I try to adopt a portion of scripture to kind of make my own for that year,

And in the first part of this year, the Holy Spirit led me to Psalm 119.

Now, if you know Psalm 119, you know it is the longest Psalm in the Bible.

It's 176 verses long, and almost every verse directly references the word of God in some

specific way i was familiar with psalm 119 have read it many times through the years but the lord

really impressed on my heart to spend some time in it so i set set up camp there. I pitched my tent in Psalm 119

and drove some stakes in the ground and got my tools and started digging around. And I must confess to

you, I have been amazed by what the Holy Spirit has been teaching me from this amazing Psalm. I've been living

in it, a section a day, for weeks now,

and I've been sharing it with others in conversation and teaching from it and preaching

I want to walk through Psalm 119 with you to share with you some of the things that God

is teaching me, to speak out of the overflow of what God is doing in my own heart.
