Have you ever seen the television show alone?

One word alone.

It is a, I guess it's called a reality show. It's on the history channel and basically what it involves is 10 individuals going to a very remote part of the world like the Arctic, Vancouver Island, Patagonia, Northern

Mongolia, 10 different individuals going to different parts of a foreign land with just 10 pieces of equipment that they carefully choose like a knife, like a fishing net, etc, and documenting their own experiences using different cameras.

So the goal is to last as long as you can in the wilderness with limited equipment using your own

survival skills capturing the whole thing on camera and if you win you get $500,000.

So I'm fascinated by this show.

Heath and I just started watching it old seasons.

I don't think there's even any new seasons. We're watching old seasons. I don't think there's even any new seasons of

watching old seasons and it's remarkable observing these people, these men and

women out in the wild, dealing with bears and dealing with these animals like musc oxes and

catching fish and killing and eating rabbits. The whole thing is fascinating,

especially for a really indoorsy person like me who would never do something like that

truly going out in the world to fend for yourself living off the land it is a

fascinating watch and because of course I'm me as a coach I observe so many different lessons

in shows about the mind.

Right, so this show is about surviving,

about making the most of very little,

about dealing with hunger, creating your own fire, dealing with extreme cold. with especially as the contestants get weak, get tired, of course they're very hungry as time continues to pass.
