Hi everybody, Kate here. Welcome back to the Be There and Five Podcast.

This is kind of a late episode because we in place of the regular podcast had the live show this week though I know it wasn't free.

But I can't even tell you guys how much I appreciate you coming to that. I was very nervous for that.

I definitely, you know, it's like you always think things could have gone better and there's so many funny snaffos I know from my end that went on.

But I was reading through the chat last night and it was so freaking funny and it was so censored and they were censoring out the word brawn. I'm so confused.

But I just thought everybody was like, here is star, razzle dazzle like asterisk asterisk.

But it turns out they weren't letting you guys say anything like not even the word Christ. I mean, though it was confusing.

So, needless to say, sorry to bring up brawlets and censor your place where you talked about them. I guess that's part of the third party company that does these shows that just does that to be safe because I couldn't see the chat.

But it's tough. You never know if it's going to distract you. But now I wish I knew that you guys weren't bored when I thought you were and we're learning as we go.

It was a really fun experience. I felt close to you guys in a way that feels different than the podcast because this is kind of a less personalized medium.

And I really just had the best time. So I hope ideally I'll get to see you in person soon. But if not, I love knowing that that format's available.

And what I ended up doing is going out to Michigan like an hour outside the city because you know if took what smells me within a 20 mile radius, he sabotages every operation. And I also have a really bad internet.

So when I was kind of way in my options, I felt like going to a really dense hotel in the city wasn't the best idea. So I kind of wanted some space and isolation and.

Anyway, so a long time ago we plan like let's do like a whole nap of the Midwest wine trip and you know safely go to some of these sprawling field like vineyard places and do what we can safely just to kind of experience some joy and travel outside of the circumstances this year.

But it's kind of a weird thing where Chicago ended up kind of reeling it back precautions for COVID and they go in effect on Monday. But we found out when we were already here Thursday.

So you know the last thing I ever want to do is appear irresponsible to be neglecting my local health officials. But we got here before they were put in place. We'll take all the necessary precautions. Do not worry.

I want to reiterate how much I've loved this because guys I am desperate to get out of Chicago and I'm a little nervous going into the winter and what it's going to be like a little more locked down. It gives me to know I can go somewhere and feel like I'm somewhere totally different despite being close enough to not be compromising the safety of myself or the people I'm with.

It's been really, really fun and I it was really special to come out here and even though I didn't get to see you in person which is obviously the best case scenario. It was fun to do this here and have my hype gals and drink some wine and you know as you'll come to learn chat about things like Taylor Swift and Pangaea.

I have my friends today on Ali and Lindsay who are two of my good friends in my Taylor Swift Learx listening club but beyond that they're insanely accomplished business woman that run a humor based marketing agency called Obedient.
