Thanks for having me.

So very short of the story.

I was in the office the other day and we were talking about pre-post-natal considerations.

And it came to my attention that although I've coaches that work for me in this capacity,

I was like, I've never really spoken about this in a podcast before.

So I put it out on my story and I said, hey guys, who do you recommend I should speak to?

And I think three out of four of the first messages were your name.

Awesome. I must be doing something right.

So for a quick introduction, tell people who you are and what you do.

My name is Jen Degard. I run a company called Mum Safe.

And essentially we educate exercise professionals in how to work with mums

and also teach them how to run awesome businesses because if they can't run a good business,

they can't help any mums.

Amazing.

Yeah, perfect.

So I was probably guilty of this just as much as anyone else.

So not really being educated.
