December. It seems like the end of 2020 is finally here and I'm busy wrapping up my 200-hour

yoga teacher training and setting the stage for my live virtual 300 hour that comes in 2021.

She's a lifelong yoga student, teacher, writer and coach. She teaches yoga, Ayurveda and meditation techniques and has over

20 years of teaching experience. She currently lives in Australia and she was kind enough to sit down

with me to talk about the sound of Om, Sanskrit language,

as well as mantra and meditation in today's episode.

She's known for her deep understanding

of Sanskrit language and she in fact

teaches it to other teachers

and I thought she would be the perfect

guest to talk about these topics.

We discuss the sound of Oam, the significance,

the correct pronunciation, the origins of Ome, and so much more just about Ome. The first half of

this podcast you'll hear us talk about the sound of Ome and its role in a modern day yoga class.
