So today I want to talk about all things Iran. As I'm recording this, things are not yet settled or is not determined yet which way the ball is going to bounce.

The protests are massive and ongoing. The protests in Iran

are all over the country. And they seem to be at a much higher level, a much higher pitch,

than previous protests or previous times of unrest. And there's serious talk of the mullahs fleeing to Moscow with a bunch of the money that they've

accumulated. In the meantime, President Trump has promised that if the Iranian regime starts shooting

demonstrators, then we are going to get involved.

He is not we being in the United States.

He has not yet said what we would do or what we could possibly do.

And there are all kinds of questions about that, right?

But there was a great deal of shade thrown at Obama. There was a previous wave of unrest

in Iran, and Obama basically did nothing but talk, and Trump is not in a position to do anything

like that. After the strikes on the nuclear facilities in Iran earlier,

after his attacks on Boko Haram in Nigeria, and after the extraction of Maduro from Venezuela,

a stern letter to the editor from Trump is not going to cut it. It's not going to be possible for him to say

we stand with the Iranian people. It's going to be necessary for him to do something. Now,

what that something is is still to be determined, how constitutional it might be, or unconstitutional

is still to be determined, we don't know.

But we can talk about this.

Just let me leave the constitutional issues aside for a moment.

Not because we can actually leave them aside,

but because we should look at this in terms of dogs fighting, right?
