I cannot believe it. We are in the end of Q1 already. And hopefully you guys are having some massive

momentum to start the year. It's been a wild start to 2022 with this war, with gas prices, with politics, with, you know, the landscape that

we find ourselves in kind of coming out of COVID, you know, some dust is settling right now,

and we're starting to see the narrative shift away from COVID over to now this entire war between Russia and Ukraine.

And it's really continued to perpetuate some of the bad policy, bad decision making, and the

tension and the energy that kind of circles around some of these tumultuous, you know,

conditions that we see the world in right now. And for me, it's funny, you know, I was looking back

on Q1, and Q1 honestly was not one of my favorite quarters. One, I'm not a big fan of the winter. Two,

in my business is it was an actual challenging season for us in terms of growth and hiring and

training and onboarding and, you know, physical challenges of operating and owning hotel

assets and the learning curves of, you know, going from one hotel to three hotels

over the last year and working through a lot of those growing pains, you know, to tell you

how my year started off. Here's a quick story. So went up and took the family to one of the hotels

for New Year's Eve and to spend New Year's up there

to ring in the new year and to crush 2022 because 2021 was a phenomenal year for me.

And 2022 is going to be a phenomenal year for me as well.

But I wake up at 6.30 a.m. to a phone call from one of my property managers saying that

because we had a massive, massive, they called it Snowmageddon up in Lake Tahoe because it was

the largest snowstorm and snowfall in the month of December ever in the history of Lake Tahoe. And so we had
