In the book of Ephesians, we discover a rich list of what God has given to his children.

Let's join Scott Pauley now as we open this portion of scripture and take inventory of all spiritual blessings that are ours in Christ.

If I were to ask you today to make a list of all of the blessings in your life, what would be on that list?

Maybe more importantly, what would the order be of those blessings?

I think sometimes the great temptation and the great tendency when we start talking about what we're grateful of God for and we're so thankful is immediately

our minds go to material things, to physical things, to temporal things. But could I remind you

today that the greatest blessings are not material, they're spiritual,

they're not temporal, they're eternal, they're not physical things and material things that we

enjoy. Instead, they are the spiritual blessings that God gives us in Christ Jesus. We're beginning

a brand new series today from the book of Ephesians, and I'm so excited about it

because Ephesians is a book that brings us to the spiritual blessings.

Let's begin in Ephesians chapter 1, verse 1 today, where the Bible says, Paul, an apostle of Jesus

Christ, by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus,

and to the faithful in Christ Jesus.

Grace be to you and peace from God our Father

and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,

who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.

Now, one of the secrets that unlocks the book of Ephesians is this expression in heavenly

places. It's woven throughout the fabric of this book of Ephesians. And the idea here is that we have to remember and
