This is the movement of the Holy Family.

Welcome to our daily rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Amen.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

Today is the feast of all saints.

The feast of happiness and delight.

Now, many people don't believe that they're capable of becoming saints.

They believe that a few select people were chosen for greatness,

and the rest of us will always fall short of sanctity.

In reality, we were all meant to live like saints. But how can we even start?

Well, here's step one. Pursue the good things in life and delight in them. Sleep, drink coffee, and spend time and deep friendship

with God in daily meditation, cook and eat real food that's good for you, and exercise,

and work to make a good contribution for the world and for others, be it in your profession,

raising and educating kids to be excellent humans for the world, or maybe as a student,

whatever your work is. Make some good contribution to the world. Then develop deep friendships,

spend time with those people regularly,

and delight in them, and help one another to have friendship with Jesus, and grow in the knowledge and the truth of the world around you, especially about God, yourself, and his plan for you, and experience

beauty in all its forms, nature, art, music, literature. Above all else, the saints are the happiest

people because they took delight in the good things of life,

and then God gives them even better things.

So slow down and delight in all these good things,
