Unfortunately, my team is not very entertaining.

If you don't know, I'm an Eagles fan.

So I will be suffering through potentially a win because we are playing the lions today but you never know because this team is not the best so I wanted to come on here and talk about my least favorite

subject. It's actually a little bit of an exaggeration but I'm going to be talking

about supplements and talking about it from a little bit of a different perspective because

Typically the types of questions I get are should I take this should I take that are there any benefits to taking this?

And it's a lot when it comes to supplements because I think we just need to reframe

our perspective on supplements in general,

and then it becomes very apparent

what the correct decision is for you.

Because I'm never gonna say, like, yes,

this is something that everybody should take across the board.

Maybe one exception to that which I'll get into but I want to just present a different

perspective on how to approach your own decision-making process

when it comes to supplements. And before I get into that, I've got some exciting

news. There's actually two major announcements that you guys being my loyal

listeners get first access to. The first thing is we're coming up on the holiday season. Actually as I'm recording this, it's Halloween. So happy Halloween everybody.
