last talked, which you were just, I was pregnant, we were just talking about that. Yeah, you had a

person baby and I had a book baby. Yes, you had a book baby. A person baby is a much bigger deal.

Let's just say it's much harder to push out, but book babies are a little bit of work too.

Your book is on my side table. I was looking at it last night and I actually want to ask you some

question. This is going to be a very selfish podcast because I have so many questions. All good.

Sometimes I think those are the most interesting two, right? Because it's almost like keeping it real.

Well, since the baby, I went to a different kind of bi-accident because my OB is great,

but I ended up going to a different OB in Santa Monica, which was quite a drive for me,

who right away said, you have PCOS. I saw that on your Instagram. I think I even dropped

you a note. You did. I want to talk about that because I'm inundated every day with

tons of girls asking me, I've been able to get some weight off in the last 15 months.

And now it's like 40 messages a day. How did you do that? I can't manage my PCOS. I don't know

what's going on. I would love for you to even just explain what it is. Totally. And what we're
