All right, so what we're going to do tonight, we're going to talk about Christmas,

Christmas cards, lumpy mail in general. So what I want you to do is if you are seeing this,

whether it's live or on the replay, below put your favorite Christmas emoji. That's all I want

obvious. We're going to be talking about Christmas cards. So this is being recorded on Tuesday the

17th of November. And anywhere between two to three to four weeks time, everybody's going to

be fed up of getting Christmas cards. So it's something that we did for years at the greenery and

it always worked really well. We would start writing our Christmas cards after the half-term holidays,

so basically starting November, we'd start posting them around about the 20th and we would send

between 500 and 600 Christmas cards. And the reason why is that it was number one, it's nice to get

something in the post. Number two, it's really good to keep top of mind. But number three, we would put
