There were these big oral arguments before the Supreme Court yesterday about this case with Miffa Pristone, which is the key abortion drug.

And in addition to, well, what makes that so important is that it is really that has become the way that most

women induce abortions these days and obviously because it can now be mailed because if you're in a in a red state that bans abortion you

can do you know a telehealth appointment with a doctor and get this drug mailed to

you that in addition to just the convenience that would be the case,

even if we didn't have all the politics of abortion rights in this country.

Convenience, privacy, don't have to go to a clinic,

all that kind of stuff.

It's obviously a much bigger deal post-obs

because it creates this kind of backdoor for a key part of reproductive rights, even post-ops.

So we had oral arguments before the Supreme Court about that.

I don't want to, since Kate has been following this litigation,

God it seems like it's upwards of a year now,

and she was listening to the oral arguments. I don't want to get too much into that.

We've obviously got a bunch of Trump trial stuff. And then we've also got this order for now kind of smaller issues. We now have Andy Kim,

representative Andy Kim, who, you know, he's not senator-elect yet, but

New Jersey is a pretty strong Democratic state.

So that seems like that's probably going to be the case.
