It's an honor because I've been listening to you guys for many months now and again I as we were saying before we started recording you know I use a lot of your your tweets and points in my own news episodes and rightfully so show you guys out and of course Monica has been been on the show a couple times at least before so again it's a it's an at the very least it's an honor to be here thank you so very much well it's absolutely a compliment that you use our material.

We just get it to, we just want to put it out into the universe.

We like the occasional shout out that is true,

but you don't have to be meticulous about it.

But this is a swap pass, So I think it makes sense for us to for you to tell our
