Elle Russ chats with Alicia Luciani - a Functional Health Coach. She completed her Master’s degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Sciences at the University of Toronto, and recently completed an intensive twelve month Health Coach training certification at the Kresser Institute.
While experiencing soul-eroding burnout in 2017 that led to physical and mental illness, she really learned to have her own back. She began slowing down, nourishing her depleted body with whole foods, and building up the tools in her stress-reducing toolbox, and eventually made a complete recovery from burnout.
She now supports high-achievers in identifying what is contributing to their stress, exhaustion and burnout and empowers them to strategically manage burnout based on where the mismatches are in their life. Through a focus on nutrition, self-discovery, and stress management, she supports clients in finding solutions to not only overcome burnout, but buffer against it and create a life balance so that they can live a healthy, vibrant, engaged, impactful life alongside their loved ones.
