I'm doing well.

So, this week has been an interesting one for Allie Bobbos.

We've got Chairman and CEO Daniel Zhang.

He's stepping down to focus on the growth of the cloud intelligence business as it heads

for a spin-off.

And Eddie Wu is going to take over as CEO.

Is this the case of Zhang kind of putting his energy towards what he sees as the biggest

growth opportunity?

So I don't know how you could view this as being anything other than a demotion for

Daniel Zhang.

So he had formerly, by formerly, I mean three months ago, was to be the chairman of the

entire entity.

But they are instead putting Joe Tsai back into that role.

I suspect that there are political reasons for doing so.

This is very, we are talking about China.
