her newfound love, the happy body plan and how it's not only transformed her body but

also her way of life. And then the panic attacks stopped. My brain fog went, I was starting

to become so much more productive, my energy levels were improving, I wasn't tired anymore

I used to want to have an extra in the day. It's just amazing.

Hi Alex. Hello. Welcome to PLT podcast. Thank you. So nice to have you here again. Again,

round two. Round two, last time we had you on our World Mental Health Day panel. Yes.

But we've never actually spoken to you on your own. No, I'm excited to be here. Have a good

little deep chat. A good deep chat. Well we're really excited. You've been up to a lot of

amazing things recently. Yeah. And we just can't wait to get to know everything that's

been happening with you. Because there is a lot, isn't there? Yeah, it's been a whirlwind,

real like transformational, transitional phase for me. So yeah, a lot has happened. I've

just got so many questions to ask. You're kind of holding myself back from starting. But

first of all, I want to take it back to kind of the beginning. So let's go back to 2018

when you first found out you were going in the villa. How was it finding out that you

were going to be going through that experience? Well, that's actually a funny journey in

itself. I've touched on this a few times before with various other people. But I originally

kind of had first chats about going in the villa and you know way back in February before

the show. So I turned it down a couple of times. Did you? Yeah. I think, you know, maybe

had I said or agreed to do it in the beginning, maybe I could have gone on as an original. I

don't know. Maybe my journey would have been very different. But I only found out that
