And it's really interesting because there's, it's rare that a murder defendant,

a homicide defendant, gets on the stand on his own behalf and requested, of course,

the defense has to okay that.

And his attorney's apparently okayed it,

or he put so much pressure on them to testify that they could not tell him no.

However, it also could be a sign of desperation.

And whatever you think of Alec Murdoch, one thing that's very clear, he's a very intelligent man.
