Alex Bagusky is a celebrated ad man.

He is one of the founding partners of Crispin, Porter, and Bagusky,

which Advertising Age has called the Agency of the Decade.

Recently he quit advertising altogether and joined up with his advertising colleague Rob Schuham

to start a new type of sanctuary called Fearless Cottage.

He also teamed up with designer entrepreneur John Bellenberg in a project that aims to reinvent

capitalism for the common good. The project is called

common and here to explain what it's all about and to talk about the interesting

twists and turns in their careers are two of the three guys behind Common, Alex Boguskey and John
