but this is the quick bit clip to keep you in the loop for everything that's happening on the

live stream channel. Let's get into it. I was very surprised to go on to the docket and see that

Carrie Morrissey had filed a notice of appeal,

appealing the judge's ruling with regard to the judge's denial of the motion for reconsideration

of the judge's dismissal of Alec Baldwin's deal. So for a quick road so far,

you guys watched

Alec Baldwin's case get dismissed

with prejudice by the court

as a sanction for Brady violations

by the prosecutor for not turning over evidence.

We all watch that go down.

Then the judge put out a very thorough written ruling.

Then, Carrie Morrissey, at the 11th hour, filed a motion for reconsideration that was

substantially over-limits. The court was substantially over-limits.

The court denied the over-limits motion, and Carrie Morrissey filed a air-down motion.

The defense responded and said, hey, this is late, and hey, she should be sanctioned, and hey, no, we shouldn't do this.

And the court denied, like swiftly and fervently without oral argument, denied the motion for reconsideration.

And now, Carrie Morrissey is saying, hey, I'm going to ask the appellate court to reconsider

this dismissal. The fact that she is trying to go through this again is absolutely

bananas to me. Perry Morrissey can't let it go.
