I'm Mark Stephen, he's you and Michael Ruth and it is definitely getting colder.

It is getting colder and that means the snow has arrived and it means there's potential danger out there in the Scottish Hills unless you really know what you're doing.

So we've got a couple of top tips a wee bit later in the programme.

Over the last couple of years, we have covered the fortunes of the Kerrngorm Ski Resort,

including plans by the local community trust, Davymore and Glenmore,

to take over the running of the whole thing.

Yeah, at present it's owned, it's a complicated set up,

but it's owned by Highlands and Islands Enterprise HIE.

And the local community really want to take it over

as part of an asset transfer.

It's like a community buyout.

But it's been going on for ages now.

So I grabbed Mike Deerman, who works for the trust,

or works with the trust, to get an update of what's happening. So a year ago, the operating
